As an independent company, both Iberian Homes Worldwide and its sister company Iberian Homes owe no allegiance to estate agents or property developers. We offer a carefully selected collection of properties in a growing number of countries and regions (listed above) and our interest is in helping the buyer find the property they have been looking for, be it a second home, an investment or a permanent home.
Iberian Homes was founded not as an estate agent but as a property finder by Joanne Pitcher. “Our clients are people looking to find a property in a particular area,” says Jo. “We carefully select reputable and efficient agents in each region to work with, and will only show properties that won’t present the buyer with problems. If we do come across unexpected problems with a property, we advise our clients not to proceed with the purchase.”
Iberian Homes is an established company in Southern Spain, with a fine selection of properties throughout the country, but thanks to an expanding portfolio Iberian Homes Worldwide can also offer our clients a broad choice of first-class properties in the very best locations around the world.
